Biography
HANNAH GRUEN focuses her practice on M&A, private equity, and corporate governance.
Hannah earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Wisconsin School of Law in 2025. While in school, she served as an articles editor on the Wisconsin Law Review.
Prior to joining Sidley, Hannah worked as an analyst at a commercial real estate investment firm. Hannah earned her B.A. in economics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
