AARON HAVILAND is a managing associate in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes and Supreme Court and Appellate practice groups in Washington, D.C. Before joining Sidley, he clerked for Chief Judge William H. Pryor Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as the adjutant and legal officer for battalions in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
