Biography
MARY IANNARONE focuses her practice on the representation of issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and financial institutions in a variety of finance transactions.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Mary served as an editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and the Virginia Tax Review.
