Jillian Leavey

JILLIAN LEAVEY focuses her practice on the formation and operation of registered funds, including interval funds, tender offer funds, business development companies, exchange-traded funds, and exchange-traded products. She advises asset managers and fund boards on issues related to the formation, launch, management, and SEC compliance of registered and private funds.

Jillian also has experience in U.S. financial regulation.

Jillian maintains a robust pro bono practice with past representations including LGBTQ+ asylum seekers and NGOs with a focus on international human rights and Indigenous rights in the Americas.
