Biography
MAX LEES works across a range of structured finance matters, with a particular focus on European collateralised loan obligation (CLO) deals. Max has experience representing investment managers and equity investors on a variety of transactions, including warehouse financings, CLO new issuances, resets, and liquidations.
Prior to joining Sidley, Max gained experience at a legal technology start-up helping to develop an AI tool for use in capital markets transactions.
