Biography

ANDY LOO is an associate in the Sydney office and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice. His practice focuses on the representation of issuers and underwriters in U.S. and cross-border capital markets transactions, including SEC-registered, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings of secured and unsecured senior and subordinated debt, primary and secondary equity offerings and liability management trades. Andy’s clients include all major investment banks and public and private companies in various sectors including financial services, aviation and transportation, energy and resources, infrastructure, real estate, technology and life sciences.

Andy is fluent in English and Cantonese.
