Biography

SHANT MANOUKIAN focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and other corporate matters. His clients include investment firms, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, real estate companies, and other sponsors and asset managers. Shant also has extensive experience representing private equity and other investors in seed and general partner stakes transactions, as well as complex structured products relating to such investments.
