Biography
RYAN MCNAGNY focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He has experience advising public and private companies and financial sponsors across a range of sectors in mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate and governance matters. Ryan also has extensive experience in asset management M&A, including both seed and stake transactions and control transactions.
While attending Cardozo School of Law, Ryan served as a staff editor for the Cardozo Law Review.
