RORY MILLER advises on a variety of cross-border debt and leveraged finance transactions, refinancings, and other general banking matters for clients, including private equity sponsors, corporates, and investment banks.
Experience
Representative Matters
Rory has experience representing:
- The senior lender group in connection with the senior secured financing of nLighten, a pan-European data centre platform backed by I Squared Capital, to fund its expansion across the UK.
- Global development banks in their offerings of facilities to a range of corporate and state borrowers across Africa, Asia, and Europe.
- A range of governmental and state borrowers and guarantors in their financings and refinancings, and guarantees of export finance facilities.
