• Enbridge Inc. in an infrastructure development agreement with Divert Inc. to develop wasted-food-to-RNG projects across the U.S. for up to more than US$1 billion of capital investments underpinned by long-term, take-or-pay contracts.
• Initial purchasers in connection with offering by Sunoco LP pursuant to Rule 144A of US$500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2028. 
• Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) in its acquisition of 16 refined product terminals located across the East Coast and Midwest from Zenith Energy for US$110 million. 
• Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) in the offering by its subsidiary, Western Midstream Operating, LP, of US$750 million in an aggregate principal amount of 6.150% senior notes due 2033.
• Enbridge Inc. (NYSE: ENB) in its acquisition of a 10% stake in Divert, Inc. for US$80 million and entry into a related US$1 billion infrastructure agreement to develop facilities in North America that convert food waste into renewable natural gas.
• Greene’s Holding Corporation in Sale of Greene’s Energy Group, LLC to KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc.
• Denham Capital’s portfolio company Serra Verde in US$150 million investment by Vision Blue Resources and The Energy & Minerals Group.
• Stonepeak Partners in its agreement to acquire a 50 percent interest in KAPS, a Canadian natural gas liquids pipeline system connecting Northwest Alberta to energy hubs in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan.
• Denali Capital Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DECA) in its pending business combination with Longevity Biomedical, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing new technologies across therapeutics, health monitoring, and digital health solutions to increase human health span.
• Ensign Natural Resources in US$3 billion sale of Eagle Ford interests to Marathon.
• H.I.G. Capital in its acquisition of Northern Biogas, LLC, a leading waste-to-renewable natural gas company, specializing in the development, construction, and operation of renewable natural gas facilities.
• Leon Capital-backed Specialty Dental Brands in its partnership with TSG Consumer Partners.
• Sitio Royalties in two Permian Basin acquisitions.
• Tellurian Production LLC in its US$125 million purchase of natural gas assets from EnSight.
• Pilot Company in an agreement with GM to build out a national DC fast charging network that will help accelerate the widespread adoption of EVs.
