Biography

KRISTEN MITSINIKOS focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including private equity transactions, capital markets, corporate governance, and shareholder activism.

Prior to joining Sidley, Kristen was a judicial intern for The Honorable Mark Barnett at the Court of International Trade. She was also a program manager at The Washington Center, where she assisted in building their internship program for underrepresented students. Kristen was also the director of advancement at the Goucher Prison Education Partnership, which offers a college education to students incarcerated in Maryland.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Kristen served as an editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
