Biography
JASON NELSON focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate governance matters.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Jason served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Tax Review. He has also passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Program.
