JOYCE PARK focuses her practice on advising registered funds and investment managers in connection with ongoing legal and regulatory compliance with the securities laws, as well as representing clients in the offering and formation of private funds. Joyce received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a corporate law research assistant and an editor of the Texas International Law Journal. She holds a B.S. in accountancy, with honors, from the University of Illinois.
