ZACK PAYNE practices in the Litigation group in the firm’s New York office. Zack focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes, which includes the representation of individuals and corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters, international arbitration, white collar criminal matters, government investigations and enforcement actions.
Zack’s recent experience involves dispositive briefing in a multi-district antitrust litigation, and all aspects of an arbitration, including drafting a statement of claim, researching federal and state law issues, drafting pre-hearing briefing and preparing for evidentiary hearings. In addition, he has worked on regulatory matters that involve correspondence with government regulators, research, reviewing documents in preparation for witness interviews and testimony, and coordinating production of documents to opposing counsel and government entities.
While attending New York University School of Law, Zack was an executive editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics.
