Biography
ZACHARY PAYNE practices in the Litigation group in the firm’s New York office. Zack focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes, which includes the representation of individuals and corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters, international arbitrations, white collar criminal matters, government investigations, and enforcement actions.
Zack rejoined the firm in 2022 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
While attending New York University School of Law, Zack was an executive editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics.
