Biography

BIANCA RAMIREZ has litigation experience across a range of high-risk commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and internal and government investigations. Bianca has represented corporate clients from multiple industries, including private equity, cryptocurrency mining, retail, and oil and gas. Additionally, Bianca has experience with alternative dispute resolution procedures through arbitrations and mediations.

Bianca earned her J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where she served as secretary of the Chicano/Hispanic/Latino Law Students Association and as the Latina Law Caucus chair. She also published a student note in the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law & Policy. During law school, she volunteered as a student-attorney for the UT Immigration Clinic, where she helped clients apply for asylum and citizenship.
