Sidley Represents Rexel USA in Its Acquisition of Talley

Sidley is representing Rexel USA, Inc. in its acquisition of Talley, Inc., a distributor of wireless infrastructure products, services, and solutions in the U.S. The deal will enhance Rexel’s offer with both connected and electrified solutions to further benefit from the electrification trend of wireless connectivity and digitalization and is expected to close in June.
