Biography
ABBY RICE focuses her practice on structured and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining Sidley, Abby received her J.D.-MBA, cum laude, from Northwestern’s Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in economics, finance, and accounting from the University of Arkansas as an Honors College fellow. Prior to beginning her law career, Abby served as a managing director for a Chicago merchant bank, working in distressed and venture debt.
While attending Northwestern, Abby served as an executive editor of the Northwestern Law Journal of International Law and Business. She also held the position of president of the Northwestern J.D.-MBA Association.
