• Atento, one of the world’s largest providers of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing (CRM/BPO) services, in raising new senior secured financing and on its successful restructuring and capital raise implemented via two parallel, inter-conditional and multi-class UK restructuring plans pursuant to Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006.
• Preservation Capital Partners, a financial-services focused private equity investor, on its acquisition of German-based insurance broking platform Hanseatic Broking Center (HBC) and the subsequent senior secured financing of HBC arranged by Ares, providing HBC with further long term capital for strategic investments.
• Recharge Industries, a portfolio company of Scale Facilitation, on its acquisition of Britishvolt Limited.
