Biography
EITAN RUDANSKY advises issuers and underwriters in a broad range of structured finance transactions, including residential mortgage-backed securitizations (RMBS) and asset-backed securitizations. In connection with his RMBS practice, Eitan represents a wide range of financial institutions in the purchase and sale of residential mortgage loans and related assets and in the negotiation of warehouse and repurchase financing facilities.
