Milena Schoser

MILENA SCHOSER advises domestic and international companies, private equity sponsors, and financial investors on a broad range of cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. Her practice covers all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate law matters. She supports clients across complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and regularly works with management teams, founders, and investors on strategic corporate and transactional matters.

Milena combines strong international experience with a commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate sophisticated legal and business challenges in dynamic market environments. She has experience advising on transactions involving companies across a variety of industries and is particularly focused on delivering practical, solution-oriented advice tailored to clients’ strategic objectives.

Milena graduated from the University of Münster in 2021 and earned her LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh in 2022. She subsequently completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, with legal training in Germany, Belgium, and The Netherlands, further strengthening her international legal perspective and cross-border transactional experience.
