Biography
NICHOLAS SGROI focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, and structured products.
While attending the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Nicholas served as chief online editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and worked as an extern in the office of General Counsel for Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Nicholas received his B.S., summa cum laude, in financial market regulation and business administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
