Biography
NICHOLAS SGROI focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, and structured products.
While at Sidley, Nicholas completed a secondment at Morgan Stanley, where he advised on a range of offerings within the fixed income division.
While attending the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Nicholas served as chief online editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and worked as an extern in the office of General Counsel for Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
