WILLIAM SOULE is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. As a member of the Investment Funds group, he advises and represents clients in securities, derivatives and futures-related regulatory and corporate matters, including hedge funds, commodity pools and securities, futures and derivatives trading.
William graduated from The University of Chicago Law School in 2018, where he was the Executive Editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum. William graduated summa cum laude from Bethany Lutheran College with B.A. degrees in Finance and Mathematics.
Prior to joining Sidley, William was a Graduate Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at BPI (Business and Professional People for the Public Interest).
William has also served as a member of Bethany Lutheran College’s Board of Regents since August 2018 and currently serves as Secretary.
