Harriet’s representative experience includes advising:

• Apollo, alongside consortium partner Rettig Oy Ab, in its acquisition of Purmo Group (HEL: PURMO).
• Stonepeak on its agreement with the AA, the leading provider of roadside assistance services in the UK and a successful insurance business, and the AA’s majority shareholders, TowerBrook Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus. Per the agreement, Stonepeak will invest £450 million in the AA through a combination of common and preferred equity at an enterprise value of approximately £4 billion.
• Stanley Capital Partners on its investment in Roboyo, a market-leading independent consultancy company helping large corporates implement and manage a full spectrum of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) powered automation technologies.
• Macquarie Capital Principal Finance on its investment in Aryza, a leading global provider of case management and process automation software solutions for regulated industries serving the insolvency, credit, and debt recovery sectors.
• Housatonic Partners in connection with its significant growth investment in Key Media, a global leader in B2B media.
• Colliers on the acquisition of a 75% strategic investment in Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP.
• Apollo on its acquisition of Miller Homes, one of the UK’s leading homebuilders from Bridgepoint.
• A U.S. private equity sponsor on its €3.17 billion carve-out acquisition of a global construction chemicals business from a German public company.
• A principal investing arm of an Australian investment bank on its acquisition of and investment in a portfolio of UK solar projects.
• A FTSE-listed company on its acquisition of a telecom tower portfolio in Oman.
• A U.S. private equity sponsor in relation to the disposal of a leading provider of construction services across Oman.
