Sidley Represents Apollo in its Acquisition of Purmo Group

Sidley is representing Apollo, acting alongside their consortium partner Rettig Oy Ab, on their voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of Purmo Group, a company listed on the official list of the Nasdaq Helsinki. Purmo is at the centre of the global sustainability journey by offering full solutions and sustainable ways of heating and cooling homes to mitigate global warming. The tender offer values Purmo Group’s total equity at approximately €392 million.
