Biography

AMANDA STEGER is a litigator and trial lawyer who focuses her practice on product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation.

Amanda has experience managing the coordination of national litigation and trial strategies across complex litigation pending in state and federal courts nationwide, including leadership roles in multidistrict litigation. Having appeared as trial counsel in numerous federal and state courts across the country, Amanda approaches each matter with a trial-focused mindset from day one, helping clients develop cohesive strategies that position cases for successful outcomes — whether through dispositive motion practice, agreement, or verdict. Her experience includes drafting and arguing critical motions and appeals, leading pretrial briefing and evidentiary strategy, preparing key witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, and coordinating all aspects of trial preparation. Amanda has presented witnesses in federal court, taken and defended fact, expert, and company depositions, regularly argued key issues in courts across the country, and managed mock trials aimed at honing trial strategy.

Before law school, Amanda worked in public service and the nonprofit sector, including as an AmeriCorps VISTA, advocating for initiatives that improved the lives of Texas children. She continues to bring that same commitment, discipline, and sense of purpose to her advocacy for clients and her community.
