ZOE STERN focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court reorganizations and workouts, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
While attending University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Zoe served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change and The Regulatory Review. She received the “Exceptional Pro Bono Service Award” for completing over 200 hours of pro bono work during law school.

- Merit Street Media, Inc., a Texas-based television and digital media company, in its Chapter 11 filing in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, and in the successful negotiation of US$21.4 million in debtor-in-possession financing.
- Prospect Medical Holdings Inc., a California-based hospital operator, and several of its subsidiaries with approximately US$2.3 billion in total funded debt obligations in their Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
- CareMax, Inc., a Miami-based medical services provider, and certain of its affiliates in connection with their pre-arranged Chapter 11 cases, totaling US$422.6 million in funded debt, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
