Zhize Wang

ZHIZE WANG advises private investment fund sponsors on the structuring, formation, fundraising, and operation of private funds and asset management businesses. His practice spans hedge funds, hybrid funds, private equity funds, credit funds, venture capital funds, funds of funds, rated note feeders, single investor funds, separately managed accounts, and co-investment arrangements. Zhize also advises on management company and upper-tier structuring, governance, and economic arrangements. He regularly represents institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States in negotiating the terms of their investments in private funds.

Zhize earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester with B.A. degrees in financial economics and mathematics. Before attending law school, he worked in investment banking and private equity.
