• The ad hoc committee in relation to the €570 million recapitalization of Hilding Anders, a leading global bedding and mattress company.
• Soho House & Co Inc., a global membership platform of physical and digital spaces.
• A leading investor in relation to the financing for its take private acquisition of a leading waste management company.
