Sidley has advised the lenders to DigitalBridge and Brookfield's jointly owned holding company on the refinancing of holdco debt in GD Towers.

The business is supported by long-term master lease agreements with Deutsche Telekom and Magenta Telekom, providing critical passive mobile network infrastructure to mobile network operators, broadcasters, and emergency services.
Partner Ben Thompson commented: “We are pleased to have supported the lenders to Brookfield and DigitalBridge on this significant transaction, which underscores the continued growth of GD Towers and the wider European digital infrastructure sector. This matter reflects the strength and depth of our infrastructure financing team, and our ability to deliver on market leading complex, large-scale infrastructure financings.”
