Biography
DYLAN YAN focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy court proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Dylan represents debtors, creditors, and investors in large and complex restructuring transactions.
While attending McGill University’s Faculty of Law, Dylan served as an editor of the McGill Journal of Law & Health and the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law. He received the Elizabeth Carmichael Monk Prize in 2024 and was named to the Dean’s List upon graduation.
