ARYEH ZARCHAN focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions, with an emphasis on capital raising through public offerings and private placements of securities. He represents both issuers and underwriters in a variety of transactions. Aryeh is based in New York, but also has spent time in the firm’s Hong Kong office where he focused on capital raising for foreign private issuers, including emerging companies.
Aryeh is ranked by Chambers Global for USA Capital Markets: Structured Products (2023 and 2024), where it is noted he is “a go-to for leading financial institutions, regularly advising on structured notes offerings.” He also was recognized in the 2022–2024 editions of Chambers USA in Nationwide Capital Markets: Structured Products. In addition, Aryeh was recognized in the 2015 and 2016 editions of IFLR1000 in Capital Markets in the United States and was recommended in the 2015 and 2016 editions of The Legal 500 for Finance: Capital Markets: Debt Offerings. Further, Aryeh was recognized in the 2016 edition of Who’s Who Legal: Capital Markets in the Debt and Equity category as a “‘true capital markets specialist’ who continues to impress peers and clients alike with his ‘outstanding financial acumen.’”
While at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Aryeh was an H. Bert and Ruth Mack Scholar and received the Jacob Burns Medal.
