CHERIE ZHANG graduated cum laude from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she was a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar (“first place” in securities regulation and mergers and acquisition courses) and elected to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, Cherie served as a teaching assistant in the subject area of mergers and acquisitions, as the managing notes editor for the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business, and as the co-president of Northwestern’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Cherie earned a B.S. in Education and Social Policy, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University, double-majoring in social policy and economics. Cherie is fluent in Mandarin.
