Project Description  The KTK-BELT project aims to catalyze biodiversity conservation within the Churia range through the rural public school system of eastern Nepal in close partnership with farmers, teachers and governing bodies. http://belt-project.org/    
   
Scope of Legal Assistance  Sidley is assisting KTK-BELT to secure registration as a US 501(c)3 organization, reviewing agreements with funders and investors and registering for carbon credits.
