Sidley Partner Daniel Spies to Speak on Jersey Finance Flagship Week Panel

Sidley Investment Funds partner Daniel Spies will serve as a panelist during JF Jersey Finance Flagship Week. The panel, “The Predictability Dividend,” will examine how jurisdictional clarity and regulatory stability can serve as a competitive advantage for global asset managers in an evolving regulatory and technological landscape.

The discussion will explore how managers and institutional investors evaluate jurisdictions in light of changing regulatory frameworks, evolving capital formation strategies, and increasing demands for operational certainty and flexibility. Panelists will also address the growing tokenization of real-world assets, including how jurisdictions can support innovation while maintaining the stability and governance standards required by institutional capital. In addition, the session will examine the implications of artificial intelligence and decentralization for regulatory and governance frameworks globally.
