Sidley’s Elizabeth Marino and Ian McGinley to Join Panels at SIFMA C&L Regional Northeast Conference

The SIFMA Compliance & Legal (C&L) Regional Northeast Conference is a one-day program bringing together legal and compliance professionals from broker-dealers, asset managers, and wealth management firms to examine emerging regulatory priorities, share practical approaches to supervision and risk management, and connect with industry peers and regulators.

Two lawyers from Sidley’s Securities Enforcement and Regulatory group will participate as panelists.

• Elizabeth Marino is part of a panel discussion, “Enforcement Actions and Collateral Consequences: A Trap for the Unwary.”
• Ian McGinley will join a panel discussion, “Binary Outcomes, Infinite Questions: Prediction Markets at Regulatory Crossroads.”
