Sidley Adds Corporate and Securities Partner Steven Przesmicki in San Diego

San Diego – Sidley is pleased to announce that Corporate and Securities partner Steven Przesmicki has joined Sidley’s office in San Diego. Mr. Przesmicki joins from Cooley LLP, where he was a partner for the past 25 years.

Mr. Przesmicki’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, and he regularly serves as outside corporate counsel to public and private companies. He represents clients on SEC and corporate governance matters, private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and venture capital financings. He also counsels clients on a range of other complex transactions such as debt redemptions, joint ventures, option-exchange tender offers, and strategic commercial transactions.

Mr. Przesmicki represents clients across the technology and life sciences industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, vaccines, diagnostics, gaming equipment technology, consumer and enterprise software, and ecommerce. His client base ranges from start-ups to large public companies.
