Sidley Adds Life Sciences Transactions Partner Jiqiang (JQ) Lin in New York

New York – Sidley is pleased to announce that Jiqiang (JQ) Lin has joined Sidley’s office in New York as a partner in the firm’s Life Sciences Transactions practice. Dr. Lin joins from Cooley LLP.

Dr. Lin represents public and private pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other life sciences companies on complex intellectual property-driven commercial transactions. His domestic and cross-border practice, including experience advising China-based life sciences companies, focuses on strategic collaborations, licensing arrangements, and other transactions supporting the development and commercialization of innovative therapies and technologies. He also advises clients on research and development, manufacturing and supply, commercialization and distribution agreements, as well as the intellectual property and commercial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other strategic investments.
