JIQIANG (JQ) LIN advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other life sciences companies on complex intellectual property-driven commercial transactions. He focuses on strategic collaborations, licensing arrangements, and other transactions supporting the development and commercialization of innovative therapies and technologies, representing public and private companies in domestic and cross-border deals.

JQ has extensive experience negotiating and structuring a broad range of life sciences agreements, including collaboration and license agreements, research and development arrangements, manufacturing and supply agreements, commercialization and distribution agreements, and other strategic partnering transactions. He also advises clients on the intellectual property and commercial aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other strategic investments.

Prior to his legal career, JQ earned a Ph.D. in immunology and conducted research on the development of thymic regulatory T cells. JQ’s scientific background enables him to effectively advise clients in complex life sciences transactions involving cutting-edge and innovative technologies.
