Sidley retained the top spot in Green Street Advisors’ Asset-Backed Alert 2023 league tables for most active underwriter counsel in U.S. asset- and mortgage-backed securitization transactions. Sidley outpaced all other firms, fielding 126 assignments last year totaling US$86.7 billion, up from 125 deals for US$81.3 billion in 2022.
