Sidley’s Yvette Ostolaza to be Honored as “Changemaker” by CNBC

CNBC has named Yvette Ostolaza, Sidley’s Management Committee Chair and Executive Committee member, to its inaugural “Changemakers: Women Transforming Business” list. The national list highlights 50 trailblazing women “leading and disrupting the business world” – including Taylor Swift, Centene CEO Sarah London, professional tennis player and entrepreneur Naomi Osaka, and U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo.
Yvette’s historic appointment as Sidley’s Management Committee Chair follows a decades-long career of trailblazing accomplishments. She is the first woman Management Committee chair to lead any top seven AmLaw revenue firm. Yvette is also one of the country’s leading business litigators and crisis managers. She is a Band 1 Chambers-ranked litigator who is retained to handle crisis matters and internal investigations on behalf of companies, board committees, and individual directors. She regularly represents companies/directors in shareholder and securities class actions and commercial disputes
