Sidley’s Charles E. Mahone II Recognized by Central Michigan University

Central Michigan University named Charles E. Mahone II to its 2024 “Class of 10 Within 10.” The annual awards program recognizes alumni for their “exceptional achievements within a decade of graduation.”

Charles was praised for representing buyers and sellers in complex strategic transactions. He was further commended for leveraging his legal skills to help people, including doing pro bono work with minority-owned businesses and helping refugees petition for asylum.

Charles is an associate in Sidley’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on the representation of buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
