Sidley Recognized in Turnarounds & Workouts’ “European Restructuring Practices of U.S. Law Firms”

Sidley has again been recognized by Turnarounds & Workouts in its special report on the significant “European Restructuring Practices of U.S. Law Firms.” Sidley partners Jifree Cader, Mark Knight, and Kieran Sharma were highlighted as key professionals by the publication.

Turnarounds & Workouts has noted Sidley’s role in a set of significant restructurings, including representing Coupang, Inc. on its acquisition of the business and assets of UK-headquartered Farfetch Holdings plc, advising Atento on its successful UK restructuring plans, and for acting for GLAS in Oaktree’s acquisition of Inter Milan Football Club.
