The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has named Ameneh Bordi as one of the honorees in its 2025 “40 Under 40” award program, which recognizes 40 outstanding industry professionals under the age of 40. The annual program honors lawyers who demonstrate exceptional skill, leadership, and service in the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency. Ameneh was recognized for her ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community.
Ameneh focuses her practice on overseeing the execution of complex, high-pressure restructurings. She advises clients in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. Her experience includes top-tier complex Chapter 11 cases for both company and creditor-side representations.
Honorees will be recognized at a special ceremony on December 5, 2025, during ABI’s Winter Leadership Conference in Tucson, Arizona.
