Sidley Ranks No. 1 Underwriter Counsel in Commercial Mortgage Alert League Tables

Sidley rose to the number one most active underwriter counsel in both U.S. commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) securitization transactions in Green Street Advisors’ Commercial Mortgage Alert 2023 league tables. Sidley outpaced all other firms, fielding nearly double the number of CMBS transactions as the second place firm and more than triple the number of CRE CLO transactions as the second place firm.
