Sidley Represents NRG in Power Purchase Agreement to Power the City of Houston with Renewable Energy

Sidley represented NRG Energy, Inc. in its power purchase agreement (“PPA”) to supply the City of Houston with 100% renewable electricity. Swift Current Energy’s 260 MWdc Tres Bahias Solar project located on the Gulf Coast of Texas is now powering City of Houston facilities.
The Sidley team was led by Houston partners Robert Stephens and Jessica Adkins, both Energy and Infrastructure.
