Sidley represented Tencarva Machinery Company in its acquisition of Tri-State Coating & Machine, a provider of specialized thermal coating services and related parts to the industrial market. Tencarva, backed by Bessemer Investors, LLC, is a distributor of, and service provider to, flow control and process equipment solutions to industrial and municipal end-markets.
