Sidley represented the underwriters, led by JP Morgan, BofA Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with InvenTrust Properties Corp.’s SEC-registered offering of 9,200,000 shares of common stock (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares). InvenTrust is a multi-tenant essential retail REIT that owns, leases, redevelops, acquires, and manages grocery-anchored neighborhood and community centers as well as high-quality power centers. The offering raised approximately US$247 million in net proceeds.
The deal team was led by Ed Petrosky, Bart Sheehan, and Alex Csordas, and included Demetrius Watson and Spencer Li, with tax assistance from Christian Brause, Andrew Smith, and law clerk Isaac Golub.
