Sidley represented funds managed by Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) in its US$1.1 billion acquisition of Meade Pipeline Co LLC. Meade Pipeline owns approximately 40% of the 180-mile Central Penn Line, and the acquisition will help advance Ares’ growth in critical infrastructure and further diversify its portfolio of assets.
